Terms & Conditions
  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Reward" is defined as: (1) code to be redeemed on PlayStarRewards.com which will allow the user to pick (1) of the following Rewards:
    1. $50 in Concert Credit from thetixfix.com.  Redeemable at PlayStarRewards.thetixfix.com
    2. $50 in Game Day Credit from thetixfix.com.  Redeemable at PlayStarRewards.thetixfix.com
    3. $50 in Live Event Credit from thetixfix.com.  Redeemable at PlayStarRewards.thetixfix.com
    4. One Free Activity from the National Activities Network
    5. $50 Dining Dine Deals from Entertainment
    6. Other Rewards as dictated by TLC and Playstar
  2. Each reward can only be redeemed a certain amount of time defined below:
    1. $50 in Concert Credit from thetixfix.com.  – once per month
    2. $50 in Game Day Credit from thetixfix.com – once per month
    3. $50 in Live Event Credit from thetixfix.com – once per month
    4. One Free Activity from the National Activities Network -once per month
    5. $50 Dining Deals - Only available once per customer (New Customers only)
    6. Other Rewards as dictated by TLC and Playstar have their own terms and conditions you may need to accept before redeeming the reward, including, but not limited to: 
      1. Credit Card or Valid PayPal Account Required.  
      2. Reward value may not cover the full cost of the reward. 
      3. You may be responsible for paying any cost above the value of the reward. 
      4. Void if transferred. 
      5. One per person. 
      6. New Users only. 
      7. Must be 18 years or older. 
      8. Reward may auto-renew at the end of the free trial at the selected membership tier.  You will be responsible for paying auto-renew costs
  3. In order to qualify for the reward, customer must:
    1. Be 18 years or older
    2. Be a resident of New Jersey or Pennsylvania
    3. Receive five “stamps” from Playstar.  Please see Playstar.com for definition of “stamps”
  4. The reward steps to redeem are as below:
    1. Receive an e mail from Playstar containing a reward code
    2. Go to Playstarrewards.com and register your code
    3. Choose your reward and follow the prompts
    4. That’s it! Enjoy your reward
  5. Customer may only receive (1) reward code per month.
  6. This promotion will begin on 7/24/22 and ends on 12/31/24.  These dates are subject to change
  7. Customer must redeem the Reward Code no later than 45 days after they receive the code from PlayStar.
  8. Reward can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet, or desktop.
  9. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  10. Reward has no cash value
  11. Reward is non-transferrable
  12. Reward Code is non-transferrable
  13. Reward may require credit card
  14. Reward may only be available to New Users only
  15. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.

  17. Each venue may also have its own Terms and Conditions in addition to the terms and conditions of this Reward, which will be binding upon selection of venue.  
  18. For the National Activities Network reward, This Reward may be based upon advance appointment times. Some venues are seasonal and only open during certain periods. It is the Customer's responsibility to determine the hours of operation of the selected venue. It is the Customer's responsibility to call the venue for full details prior to redemption. The Customer using the Voucher must follow the instructions provided in the Voucher and accompanying email. The booking instructions and all other information stated within the Voucher and accompanying email also form part of the terms and conditions of this Reward. Customer must present the Voucher upon arrival along with valid photo I.D. The person whose name is on the Voucher must be present at time of redemption. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed, Voucher will be voided for use and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance. 
  19. The Activities Network Reward is subject to availability and may vary by participating venue. 
  20. Venues and digital experiences may also have its own Terms and Conditions in addition to the terms and conditions of this Reward, which will be binding upon selection of venue.  
  21. Voucher valid until date indicated on Voucher. 
  22. The Activities Network Reward is subject to promotional availability and the value and types of Reward will vary dependent on the geographic location and vendor fulfilling the Reward.
  23. For the Activities Network, failure to appear at venue at time of reservation (if applicable), without giving venue prior notice, gives venue the right to refuse Reward. This may result in charge for Reward or refusal by venue to reschedule Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed, experience will be voided for use and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance. 
  24. PlaystarRewards.TheTixFix.com has its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward that are required to utilize this Reward and are required for and binding upon Reward redemption. TheTixFix terms and conditions can be found at PlaystarRewards.TheTixFix.com/policy. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.
  25. Live Event Ticket Reward Codes cannot be stacked. The Live Event Credit Code provided must be used in one transaction to purchase two tickets.
  26. The use of the PlaystarRewards.thetixfix.com website and the content is used at the Customer's own risk. PlaystarRewards.thetixfix.com privacy policy can be found at PlaystarRewards.thetixfix.com/privacy
  27. Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Reward are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Valid credit card or PayPal account will be required to pay any amounts that exceed the reward amount Reward amount.
  28. The Reward may only be applied to those tickets sold by TheTixFix from the start of the promotional period until 12/31/22. This date is subject to change
  29. Reward cannot be applied to any purchases outside of the promotional period or not in the TheTixFix.com then current inventory. The Released Parties do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific event tickets in TheTixFix.com inventory at the time of Reward redemption.
  30. The Released Parties will not be liable for any personal loss, injury, or any disagreements concerning quality of services or products from PlaystarRewards.thetixfix.com and will not accept any liability for personal loss or injury. Any Dispute must be settled directly with TheTixFix
  31. Each Stadium, venue, etc... may have its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this reward, which will be binding upon choice of event. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.
  32. This Reward is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
  33. By participating in this promotion, you understand that Reward tickets purchased through thetixfix.com include their own Terms and Conditions that must be accepted prior purchasing. The Terms and Conditions include, but is not limited to, COVID-19 related event cancellations and postponement. To assure fans’ safety during these uncertain times, all tickets are subject to restrictions and requirements put in place by venues, teams, or government authorities as it pertains to proof of COVID-19 vaccination, proof of negative COVID-19 test, social distancing, wearing personal protective gear, age restrictions, or similar measures. If you cannot attend the event due to your failure or inability to comply with such requirements, you will not receive a refund. If the event is held without fans or reasonably similar seats are not available, you will receive a refund as if the event was cancelled.
  34. Failure to appear at the venue/stadium at the posted time of the event may result in the event being closed to admittance. Under these circumstances, the Reward shall be considered redeemed and the ticket may be voiced for use. Further, specific venues may have to reschedule certain events and may do so in their sole discretion. In the event of such instance the Released Parties shall not be responsible for any ticket refunds or future use. All issues related to cancellation or rescheduling of any event are the sole responsibility of the specific venue. In all instances the Customer shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees required for entry.
  35. Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts and cannot be used towards gift card purchases.
  36. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, The Tixfix, Bright Cellars, Spot Hero, BP, the National Activities Network and Playstar. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
  37. For the purpose of this Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, The Tixfix, Bright Cellars, Spot Hero, BP, the National Activities Network and PlayStar, and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
  38. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Rewards in any of these events.
  39. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.
  40. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value.
  41. This Reward is issued by the Promoter located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY. 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
  42. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.
  43. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.

*Must be 18 years old, be a Star Rewards Member, and have reached tier 2 in order to receive the reward.  Must be a resident of Pennsylvania or New Jersey.  Reward Code must be redeemed within 45 days of receiving the code. Promotion begins on 9/1/22. One reward per month, per customer, per e mail address. Reward is non-transferrable.  Reward has no cash value.  Credit Card may be required.
